Monkey Rock in El Paso, TX is looking for one Event Coordinator to join our team. We are located on 750 Sunland Park Dr Unit 100 C. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Understanding all aspects of our event packages *Selling, scheduling and coordinating group events *Ensures all events operate by Monkey Rock standards *Responsible for setup and breakdown of all party events *Follows all directions of General Manager and F&B department head *Responsible for the training of party team members *Ensures alignment on all contracted services and products in preparation for all events *Must be able to communicate with guests appropriately *Cooperates with all team members when assigned additional tasks *Maintain social media for Monkey Rock

Qualifications

*Must be at least 21 years old *Outgoing bubbly personality *Prior F&B sales experience *Proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office etc... *Excellent organizational skills *Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays *Must be able to read, write and speak English *Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate *Must possess a valid TABC to sell/serve *Must be able to stand, bend for long periods of time
