Maple Hospitality Group Team Principles
What You Will Do
Develop and teach MHG culture throughout the restaurant
Ensure all restaurants are following SOPs that have been created to help run a successful operation while constantly reviewing and adjusting the SOPs to match the needs of Maple and Ash Scottsdale
Walk through properties and make sure it is up to company standards
Assists in Brand development collaborating with Chef Danny Grant and marketing team
Continually brainstorm and develop new and fun revenue generating ideas that are on brand
Conduct property walkthroughs with leadership teams for R&M and property organization
Create annual goals and objectives with Corporate Executive Chef for each location
Update corporate operations team on wins and losses in restaurant
Prepare for and participate in corporate operations meetings
Work closely with the human resources department to ensure compliance with all federal and Arizona labor laws, as well as MHG human resources policies and procedures
Communicate with corporate recruiter on staffing needs and ensure that all restaurants are staffed per guidelines
Mentor and manage all chefs in becoming strong leaders that can train and develop hourly employees to move up within the ranks
Develop and train new hire leadership Assist with offer letters and new chef onboarding procedures and training

Conduct annual review and raises for all boh salary positions
Track Chicago location COGS and assist team in reporting accurate COGS
Work to continually increase revenue through creative problem-solving and innovative methods of menu development
Assist team in maintaining food and labor COGS standards established by CFO of Finance and Ownership
What You Need to Bring to the Table
5-7+ years of Higher Management/Executive Chef experience
- High end level restaurant experience is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
- Polished, professional and energetic approach management
- Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
- Ability to be adaptable and abide by the policies and values of the company
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
