Las Botellas is a WagsCap Food Services exclusive brand, a high-end experiential Mexican restaurant bringing guests exquisite food and beverage creations along with world-renowned entertainment, from aerial artists to fire dancers alike. Located in newly developed, Riverton UT, nestled between Lehi’s nationally recognized “Silicone Slopes”, this concept has been built BRAND NEW with no expense spared. A spacious kitchen layout with all-new appliances, breathtaking dining room with eclectic design features, to include a fully mill-worked TREE as the centerpiece. Strategically placed in a high foot-traffic retail and restaurant complex, this concept is only missing one thing – YOU. Our “Best in Class” Executive Chef!

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions for All Culinary Managers:

• Build and maintain food sales, affording the reputation as a leader in food service. Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food in a clean, well-organized environment.
• Responsible for the inventory, purchasing, receiving and storage of concept specific food products.
• Responsible for menu curation, product sourcing, and promotion generation.
• Assists in developing and executing all food related marketing efforts within the restaurant.
• Supervises the quality of food preparation, limited time offers (LTO’s), raw product specifications, and Brand Standards
• Ensures a harassment free environment for all Team Members and Managers.

What We're Looking For in our Executive Chef:

• A Mexican Cuisine Background, or a Southern American Cuisine Background.
• Demonstrates WCFS Core Values – Authenticity, Best In Class, Be The Solution, Be Trustworthy, Enjoyment.
• Has sound general knowledge of food preparation and service, and food safety and cleanliness principals and policies.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

• Inspires cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riverton, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Culinary experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Cooking: 5 years (Preferred)
• Kitchen Management: 2-3 years (Preferred)
