We are recruiting a highly experienced Executive Sous Chef for this luxury four star that prides itself on its commitment to innovation and customer care. This role oversees a large kitchen team and requires a highly organised chef who is equally at home in the kitchen and behind the desk.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Sous Chef / Executive Sous within a luxury property with restaurant and banqueting facilities. Must have a proven track record of meeting all kitchen targets, managing budgets, payroll, costs, etc as well as all HACCP and hygiene protocols. Knowledge of Procure Wizard and Alkimii and advantage.
