Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Primary Care Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM, No Nights or Weekends!

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Primary Care Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients experience chronic conditions in a clinic environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of physicians, social workers, case managers, and registered nurses to provide comprehensive care to your patients.
• Coordinate with external facilities to assist in determining patient treatment plans.
• Occasionally provide urgent care level treatment to patients as needed.
• Build strong relationships with your patient base providing physicial, psychosocial, and spiritual support.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Primary Care Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified/Licensed FNP in the state of Maryland
• Current Maryland DEA licensure required or eligible
• Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience in a Primary Care setting
