Stone Ridge Orchard is actively seeking a day to day Farm Bar and Farm Stand Manager to join its team. The Farm Retail Manager will be reporting to the Owner, the essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and assist with overall orchard efficiency and excellence to include Farm Stand, Ice Cream, Food Truck & Tasting Room.
• Oversee new staff training.
• Familiarity with orchard offerings such as cider-tastings, lodging, u-pick, events, food, beverage.
• Awareness of company policies and protocols.
• Oversee monthly inventories including guest amenities, operational supplies, and professional products as directed.
• Perform weekly staff payroll and respond to any payroll inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with the tenter duties to regularly assist with onsite: overnight lodging guests.
• Communicate daily with staff/alternate properties/ownership
• Assist with supply purchasing with established vendors.
• Assist with questions on product, services, and procedures.
• Assist with staff recruiting & hiring as needed.
• Assist with staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, coaching, and counselling as needed.
• Assist with staff education on cider and menu offerings.
• Assist with any billing adjustments as necessary.
• Attend regular meetings as directed by the Owner.
• Flexible schedule that includes a blend of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Perform other duties as directed by owner.
• Bartending background, skills & knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
