Tapestry Solutions Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Field Service Rep in Camp Smith, Hawaii.
In this role, you will be working on the US Navy’s premier first-strike weapon, the Tomahawk Missile System. The US continues to modernize all aspects of the missile system and expand its role, including the Mission Planning systems to which this role applies. Tapestry’s Tomahawk Mission Planning organization implements the Tomahawk Mission Planning System (TPS) under contract with the US Navy. TPS is the intelligence behind the Tomahawk system’s mission execution. TPS established the complex missile routing from its First Preplanned Way Point to the target of interest. As such, TPS software development is recognized as the mission-critical element of the Tomahawk Weapons System.
You will be working with a small, inclusive, and diverse team of less than 50 personnel supporting our US Nave customer. As the CMSAPAC Filed Service Rep, you will be our forward-looking User interface supporting for the Tomahawk TPS System. You are the frontline interface of Tomahawk mission planning with high customer collaboration on problem resolution and TPS operations supporting our war fighters.
You will provide day-to-day support of the Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC) System. The missions are planned with the Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) application which is developed by Tapestry Solutions. TPS runs on the Windows 10 operating system on desktop workstations and several Windows servers. The FSR will provide support to keep the hardware and application software running on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of system and application support assignments for Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC)
- Perform the Primary Customer interface role with CMSAPAC Mission Planners
- Support Tomahawk Mission Planning (TMP), addressing TMPC Information Assurance/Cybersecurity compliance, providing Information Technology (IT) support, assisting operational planners with trouble shooting problems, keeping the TMP system running on a day-to-day basis, and provide occasional phone support
- Update cybersecurity posture on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Support system installations and problem resolution at the site
- Familiar with software and hardware problem resolution techniques
- Coordinate with other Tapestry FSRs at US and UK Navy CMSA sites
- Coordinate with Tapestry St Louis engineers for problem resolution
- Coordination and communication are key skills in this assignment
This is on-site working in a facility that handles classified information. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience using & supporting IT systems and applications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with information assurance/cybersecurity requirements
- 1+ years of experience with Windows 10 operating system
- 1+ years of SQL Database Administration
- 1+ years of experience executing DoD STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) for operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Redhat Linux 6,7)
- 2+ years of experience with mission planning
Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: 110,000.00 – 115,000.00
