WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Cosentino is looking for a Field Services Technician to be part of the Business
Technology department.
The Technician's responsibility is to maintain the integrity of the technological equipment like computers, tablets, mobiles, printers, peripherals, and associated software on all workstations and production lines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide excellent Customer Service to End Users when resolving incidents and requests
Attention to detail and ability to register and document work within the Ticketing system
Provide excellent communication via person-to-person, email, phone, chat, or any other type of communication with the End User, Team members, or vendors.
Maintenance, setup, configuration, and repair of all types of workstations
(computers/laptops/Tablets/Phones/etc…)
Installation of printers
Installation and repair of operating systems (Windows/MAC OS/IOS), office tools
(Microsoft Office/O365), Adobe applications, Autodesk, and any other SW
Support of videoconference systems and meeting rooms
Management of users, groups, machine objects... in the Active Directory
Perform anti-virus and preventive maintenance tasks

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Excellent Communication skills
Multitasking abilities
Languages: English and Spanish a plus
Prior experience preferred
Ability to quickly identify the problem and escalate as required
Knowledge: Windows, Mac, Android, and iOs operating systems
Knowledge: Remote control applications like Dameware, ISL, UltraVNC, BMC…
Plus – knowledge: tools (SCCM, Intune, BMC Client Management)

Pay: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
