EZ Living Interiors are recruiting for a Finance Administration role to join our team in our head office in Little Island.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day customer financial operations within the company, such as processing customer finance application.
• Process receipt of all payments.
• Funds drawdown from finance house provider.
• Assist store managers in any customer finance queries
• Respond to customers inquiries in an accurate and timely fashion and focus on continually improving the service offered to customers.
• Maintain and manage the collection of accounts data from stores and ensure accuracy on company accounts and ledgers.
• Ensure accurate recording and logging of all tasks to ensure we have relevant, up to date & consistent information in line with GDPR requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Administration role an advantage
• Experience with full Office Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Exceptional standard of communication skills, both written (English) and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Strong attention to detail skills and process focused.
• Excellent time management, analytical and organised.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
