Finance Administrator
Job description
Ingram Industries is hiring for a Finance Administrator in our Nashville, TN office. In this role, you will have the opportunity for exposure to various departments and see all facets of our organization by providing support for the Treasury, Building Services, and Credit Departments while providing administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Treasury, Tax, and Controller. What you will be doing:
· Maintaining executive calendars; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; and liaising with executive administrative assistants
· Providing general support to visitors/guests and meeting room setup
· Negotiating and coordinating venue arrangements for annual Lenders’ meeting
· Processing check deposits daily and coordinating check signing from accounting and risk management teams
· Analyzing monthly bank fees, preparing payment correspondence and reports for accruals
· Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and composition of routine correspondence
· Managing fitness center memberships, scheduling member training sessions, monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance when necessary
· Assisting Credit Department in new customer account setup and account maintenance process
· Clerical duties – such as filing/scanning, management of filing systems, ordering office supplies, and maintaining monthly and weekly reports
· Preparing executives’ expense statements and booking travel arrangements
· Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
What we’re looking for:
· High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
· At least 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant in a corporate environment required
· Experience in event planning a plus
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Ability and willingness to assume responsibility and work independently
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, recurring deadlines, and changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
· Strong interpersonal skills required to work in team-oriented setting and collaborate with other administrators
· Must be detail-oriented and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
