Financial Analyst

Our Financial Analyst will help develop new financial models and provide timely output and feedback to help drive data supported financial decisions. The individual will help develop and maintain sustainable and scalable solutions (including Financial Models) to replace manual or inefficient processes. The role will report to the Director of FP&A.

Your role in caring for our company:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models (Cash Flow, Budget, and Sales) to assist with decision making by providing insightful and actionable recommendations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes to include budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and ad-hoc deliverables
• Work on projects and support activities assigned by the Director, complying with the expected quality and deliverables due dates
• Identify and drive improvements in management reporting, including standard and ad-hoc reporting that monitors business performance metrics
• Participate in new financial system implementation process to ensure information and data captured is aligned with future reporting and analysis requirements
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications we ask you to have:

• We ask that you have Bachelor's degree.
• We ask that you have 1+ years experience with financial analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• We ask that you have expert level Excel Skills (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS and NESTED IF Statements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dashboard experience preferred.
