We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing industry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, GAAP, analyzing financial reports, budget analysis, budget/variance analysis, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis. The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for the manufacturing industry.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and comply with GAAP.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Proficient in budget analysis and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
