This position is designated as work-from-home.

As part of our Enterprise Application Support (EAS) team, we are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst. Billing Analysts help maintain the billing system and complete all the necessary duties to perform billing accurately and completely. Billing Analyst also provide financial analysis and recommendations for all EAS divisions that may require billing insight. The Billing Analyst supports more than 250 employees at the federal and contract level in conducting EAS business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct bi-weekly/monthly billing process.
• Run system reports and/or complete ad-hoc billing requests.
• Reconciliation of timesheets and charge numbers.
• Burn Reporting - Reporting/reviewing hours at the project level to roll up at a summary level
• Ensure accurate and timely billing by completing all data reporting, reviews, and validations on schedule.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of billing information.
• Will be the backup for procurement processing and maybe will be involved more as becomes necessary
• Potential to take over budget reporting responsibilities for one of EAS’ customers
• Potential to help process external customer agreements

Qualifications:

• Experience in government related finances
• Financial Analyst Experience
• Billing and Invoicing Experience
• Competency with Microsoft Excel

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Competency with using and maintaining SharePoint sites
