Job Title:
Finance Control & Reporting Analyst – Intercompany Accounting
Job Description:
This position is a key member of the Intercompany Accounting team for Frito-Lay North America. This role will be a subject matter expert for intercompany processes as well as participating in projects, processing journal entries, researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. This position provides the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with numerous career growth opportunities at Frito-Lay and other divisions of PepsiCo.
Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert for Intercompany process
- Assist with period-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various intercompany transactions.
- Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements for intercompany accounts.
- Support external audit requests.
- Complete ad hoc projects as requested.
- Accounting degree (CPA preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Good time management skills, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
