- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative to complete assignments
- Knowledge and familiarity of the dental industry
- Previous accounting experience

What your day to day may look like:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Research, review, evaluate, and resolve billing process issues and revenue collections.
- Coordinate with office to resolve unbilled procedures.
- Identify and correct claim rejections for clean claim submission.
- Reconcile payments to billing with appropriate adjustment assignment.
- Ensure that accounts receivable is accurate and up to date.
- Accomplish department objectives by measuring billing results against budget, evaluating and improving methods, making required or appropriate changes.
- Ensures timely collection of revenue by resolving billing issues; maintaining customer relations
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting functions as directed by administration.
- Research financial data and perform detailed analyses using a calculator or computer spreadsheet program.
- Generate supporting documents for weekly departmental performance reviews.
- Create monthly departmental budget reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or finance required
- Experience in the dental industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
