Job description

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to join our rapidly expanding team! We are a growing business serving 16 states across the U.S. and we need an ambitious, driven, self-starter with a great attitude and work ethic to run our fleet of over 150 trucks.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage our fleet through our tracking system
• Develop and enhance our current tracking system to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Work directly with our Director of Labor and CEO
• Review Driver's Motor Vehicle Reports and implementing driver safety policies along with Driver Safety training and programs, dealing with all matters of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Handling damage investigation reports, managing vehicle maintenance, insurance, registrations, and DMV documentation.
• Responsible for the buying and selling of all company vehicles.
• Responsible for working with claim adjusters in and out of state and running weekly cleanliness and vehicle inspections.
• Oversee traffic tickets and violations—Monitoring GPS Tracking system to ensure real-time driver safety and route efficiency.
• Coordinating movements of vehicles in and out of state, monitoring conditions of all vehicles, and managing the company's fuel and EZ-Pass accounts.
• Overseeing and managing the daily task of the property and warehouse supervisor and assistant.
• Clean Drivers Record
• 2-3 years of previous experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
