We are seeking a full-time Division Controller to lead the Florida team.

The Florida Division Controller will oversee the day-to-day financial activities for O-A-K Fort Myers office, including AR and AP responsibilities, manage a team of 4, and process payroll for 50+ people. This role will prepare & analyze financial statements, treasury management reporting, and year-end audits among other projects to support the O-A-K/Florida leadership team.

• Experience with commercial construction accounting, able to develop job specific financial records, track WIP schedules, review contracts, and account for job costs.
• Successful track record of processing payroll and payroll taxes, running financial reports, completing costs analyses, and AP/AR responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a team. Sets expectations and delegates work to achieve division goals.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
