Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Gaming/FOH Program Manager for a permanent/hybrid opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This position must have a proven history and strong understanding of hotel operations, gaming operations, project management processes and execution, as well as the Systems Development Life Cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of five (5) years in program management, project management, or related field.
• Able to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and new ideas with both technical and non-technical employees.
• Proven work experience managing stakeholders over multiple time zones.
• Understanding of engineering technologies, i.e., HTML, CSS, Basic Java, APKs, etc.
• Previous work experience working in Agile and SCRUM.
• Well-versed in Gaming technologies.
• Proficient experience partnering with multiple teams across an organization to achieve business results that may differ across various departments.
• Experienced with ticketing systems, i.e., Jira or similar.
• Experience with an enterprise level project management tool.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willing to be the subject matter expert for all tools and features across FOH operations.
• Team player, creative problem solver, and a desire to learn.
• CAPM, PMP, Prince 2, or other project management experience that parallels with a clear insight of program management concepts; Six Sigma experience desired.

PREFERRED

• Experience with a PPM tool such as Clarity or Open Workbench; must be able to articulate the process concept.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the FOH Project Management team following the company’s standards.
• Manage complex programs and support project teams to guarantee all projects follow all processes and procedures of the PPMO.
• Manage the Project Change Requests following set guidelines of the PPMO.
• Accountable for the FOH Project Portfolio budget.
