Position Overview: Red Hare Brewing Company, LLC’s FOH Team Member is primarily responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. This position reports directly to the restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist GM with daily tasks and operations including opening and closing procedures
• Greet and direct customers as they enter the restaurant
• Maintain a friendly, warm, and clean restaurant environment including outdoor areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive orders in a timely manner
• Manage cash register, take orders, run tables and bartend as needed
• Clean and sanitize surface areas

• Organize, re-stock restaurant utensils, condiments, and garnishes
• Be able to answer customer questions regarding menu items

• Other duties as necessary

Position Qualifications:

• Two years’ experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Must be a team player and possess “can do” leadership attitude
• Must be highly motivated, independent, and able to take direction from management
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Extensive knowledge of beer and liquor preferred
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays; flexibility to work different shifts
• Professional appearance and attitude required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on feet for 4-6 hours at a time
• Must be at least 21 years old

Level of Education:

• High School Degree Required
