American Workforce Group has partnered with an interior and exterior distribution company in Lakewood, WA to fill a forklift operator position. Ideal candidate will have many years on a forklift and be able to confidently operate different size forklifts.

Description for Forklift Operator:
-Operate 5,000 lbs sit down forklift
-Operate 8,000 lbs lift
-Operate stock picker

Details for Forklift Operator:
-Day shift: 7am-3:30pm
-Must have availability 6am-5pm in case of overtime
-Monday-Friday
-$19/hour, full benefits after hire
-Paid weekly, every Friday by check or direct deposit

Requirements for Forklift Operator:
-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
-No baggy clothing, closed toe shoes are a must
-Good teamwork and communication skills
-Must be able to stand for 8 hour shift
-Must be able to work various forklift equipment
-Lifting 50-75 lbs as needed
-Some background restrictions may apply
