Who you are:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our franchise system as Franchise Owners. As a Worried Bird Franchise Owner, you will be responsible for managing your own business and driving growth in your territory. You will have access to a comprehensive support system that includes everything from training and marketing to logistics and customer service.

Training & Support

At Worried Bird Franchising, we are committed to helping our Franchise Owners succeed. That's why we offer a wide range of support services to ensure that our Franchise Owners have everything they need to run a successful business. Some of the support services we provide include:

• Worried Bird Connect: Our internal resource where everything is located all in one place.
• Worried Bird Academy: Over 1000 online training videos covering all aspects of the business.
• HUB: Internal communications with corporate and other franchisees.
• Central Dispatch / Logistics: Get access to our logistics network to ensure fast and efficient delivery to your customers.
• Sales Center: An internal sales team to help you generate leads and close deals.
• "Walkie-Talkie" like device: Direct communication with Dispatch for seamless coordination and problem-solving.
• Operations Manual: A 225-page manual covering every aspect of the business.
• Sales & Marketing Playbook: A 119-page playbook with proven strategies and techniques to drive growth.
• Safety Manual: A 99-page manual covering safety procedures and protocols.
• Worried Bird Design Center: An in-house marketing content creator with hundreds of photos and videos already curated for you.
• Sales Training Videos: Access to our comprehensive library of sales training videos.
• Field Training Videos: Comprehensive videos to help train your team and get them up to speed quickly.

• Weekly Franchise Partner Meeting: Join our weekly partner meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest news and trends.
• Weekly One on One with the CEO: Get direct access to our CEO to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
• Yearly Convention for all Partners: Meet and network with other franchisees at our yearly convention.

Financing Support

In addition to the comprehensive support provided by Worried Bird Franchising, we also offer seller financing options to help qualified candidates start their own business. Our seller financing program can provide up to 20% of the initial franchise fee to help cover start-up costs, and the remaining 80% can be financed over a period of up to five years.
