We move freight for our clients. We do this by talking to truck drivers, communicating professionally with clients, negotating rates with drivers, and organizing all the related details. Soft skills like grit, kindness, coolness under pressure, curiosity, and a can do attitude are essential. Experience is not. We will teach you how to broker if you have the soft skills. This is also a sales roll. We expect our brokers to use their free time to cold time and build relationships with shippers. You are incentivized to both broker loads and sell.
OPPORTUNITY
Starting salary is $40,000 plus brokering and sales commission
