Oak Harbor Freight Lines is looking for energetic, dependable, hardworking individual’s to join our family owned team of Freight handlers for our dock team here at the Salt Lake City Terminal.Salary:
- Up to $23.33
- Overtime after 8 hours
- Part Time
- Monday – Friday with weekends off
As a Freight Handler for our Salt Lake City Terminal, you will be accountable for:
- Loading, Unloading, Sorting, Handling, etc. of a variety of different kinds of freight of all sizes, shape, and weights. All for various customers accounts while operating a sit-down style forklift and or pallet jack.
- Operate handheld scanners to stage or load freight to the correct door / trailer locations.
- Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required – training will be provided.
