The
Tru by Hilton Burlington is seeking a highly enthusiastic hotelier to join our team as a
Front Desk Agent! The hotel is conveniently located off I-85/I-40 and minutes away from Elon University, Alamance Regional Medical Center and great shopping at the Tanger Outlets or Alamance Crossing. This 101-room hotel opened in December 2019 and features essential business amenities including Hilton’s four-zone lobby with workspaces, in-room entertainment, 24/7 market, and a modern fitness center. The Tru by Hilton’s mantra is to offer these great amenities while remaining grounded in value.
The Front Desk Agent performs customer service functions related to guest registration, reservations and process all payments according to established hotel requirements. This position provides information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.

Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Must be 18 years or older.
