• Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
• Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
• Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
• running online reservations
• ensuring people are showing up on time for events/appointments
• work with day porter
• report issues
• work with maintenance vendors
• responsible for orientations
• lead tours
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Incoming phone call management skills desired
• Strong familiarity with Communication Skills
• Customer service experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
