Crystal Lake Dental Care is located in Robbinsdale, MN. This position requires individuals to possess multiple years of experience running and managing a dental office. You must have proficient knowledge in dental procedures/codes, dental insurance networks, scheduling, patient treatment planning, production management, and account aging reports. Our practices use Dentrix software. Candidates must be able to direct and manage multiple staff while performing high quality detailed tasks. Ensuring staff follow daily protocols and procedures as well as reporting issues to upper management. Assisting management in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
