We specializes in prescriptive, splints and braces for all of your orthopedic and injury needs and upper and lower prosthesis. Located throughout Central Tennessee and Alabama we offer bracing for management of all traumatic, post surgical, chronic, acquired, and congenital abnormalities. Our company is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate is highly competent in all aspects of working the front desk and have administrative experience. This position requires regular customer service and communication with patients as well as office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors, verifying and entering their appointments, and providing directions to their destinations.
• Answering telephones, taking messages, and directing calls.
• Sending faxes and emails.
• Providing general information about the company and the services it provides.
• Performing general office duties to include but not be limited to copying and filing documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
