Full Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Perform laundry duties
- Answering inquiries pertaining to hotel facility and surrounding area.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by management
- Use computer system to make reservation, check-in and check-out hotel guests, and process payments
- Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, setting up and maintaining breakfast area
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Previous front desk experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to read, write and speak English

Pay: $13.00-$14.00 per hour
