Location: 395 Route 6, Mahopac, NY

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year Front desk: 1 year

Duties & Responsibilities:

• MUST be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced, hectic morning check in
• HEAVY MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED
• MUST be able to arrive on time, no exceptions.
• Warmly & happily greet everyone, being helpful & accommodating
• Answer phone, email & walk-in inquires
• Check dogs in & out for daycare & boarding. Accept payments. Review & log feed instructions & medication instructions. Ensure vaccinations are up date.
• Contacts veterinarians’ offices for vaccination records for current & prospective pets; maintaining a professional & positive relationship with our local veterinarians.
• Maintains a clean and organized front desk & lobby
• Should have excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Must have a high level of integrity & a strong ability to multi-task.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
