Hotel Night Auditor- Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as our Night Auditor. The ideal candidates must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Handling all Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

Making reservations over the phone.

Running audit and balancing reports from the day's shifts.

*** This position will consist of 5-night audit shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) ***

· Previous experience working as a front desk agent

· A high school diploma or GED

· Experience working as a NIGHT AUDITOR at a hotel highly desired

· Flexible schedule to work

· Proficiency with computers

· The ability to provide excellent customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor
