The Escape Game is a live 60 minute adventure where teams will choose a challenge and will have one hour to complete their mission and escape. We offer several unique experiences all happening in an immersive environment. Teams can be planning an escape from prison, on the hunt for hidden gold, or in an art gallery recovering a stolen piece of art. As a game guide you help these epic moments happen and curate the perfect Escape Game experience.

Game Guides/Moderators help create the energy and excitement necessary for guests to have a genuine Escape Game experience while calming fears and providing the help and clarity teams need to succeed. They provide an enthusiastic attitude while maintaining a professional, service-oriented focus. Game Guides are team players who work in conjunction with other staff including Team Leaders and Guest Experience Specialists to deliver flawless experiences to our guests by hosting, explaining, facilitating, and monitoring our games.

Description

A Game Guide is responsible to receive and greet teams, introduce games, explain game rules, answer questions, monitor games remotely, give clues/hints/help, identify potential problems in advance, outro teams, take group photos, sell promotions and apparel, and accurately reset game rooms. A Game Guide is highly skilled at uncovering guests’ needs during game moderation, and then following through with timely and decisive solutions. A Guide Guide will be able to understand and identify guest needs to ensure TEG's mission to deliver an amazing experience to every single guest. In addition, Game Guides are often called upon to help with apparel and products, game room/building upkeep and maintenance. A Game Guide’s success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. Our Game Guides are proud to represent The Escape Game and get great satisfaction from seeing guests thrilled by their experience with us.
