Responsibilities & Requirements Responsibilities: Familiar with proper horticultural practices; mulching, mowing, and pruning, Familiar with and maintain a safe work environment using all hand tools and any power equipment; mowers, mechanical pruners, chainsaws, and vehicles Work off shifts for snow removal Follow directions from Coordinators/Managers and lead small groups of workers Some plant identification expected, trees/shrubs Other Duties as assigned Requirements: High school Diploma required. 5 years of work experience in landscape maintenance or similar field Certified Applicators License preferred/one year job goal if not licensed Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $15 - $23 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
