Position Summary: Location will be Norwalk, CT

Greets people and/or vehicles entering job site to verify insurance compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage people coming in the gate at job site
• Greet subcontractors/vendors at booth to verify they are enrolled in the CCIP program, according to list provided; if not in CCIP program, confirm the compliant insurance certificate has been received.
• Ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary badge/safety sticker for the project
• Control a master delivery schedule with KBE Superintendent to ensure deliveries are pre-scheduled; review this schedule with the KBE Superintendent each day
• Ensure no subcontractors or vendors are parking on the job site unless it is an approved vehicle
• Communicate to superintendent if assistance is needed for traffic control
• Other related job tasks as assigned

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent

Ability to:

Work independently

Display a sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment

Be flexible and manage multiple priorities

Ability to use 2 way radios

Excellent verbal communication skills

Worked extended hours at times if necessary
