The US Army Combat Capability Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Division of the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD), is looking for General Engineers to support a wide range of aviation and missile projects to support Army and other customers.
DEVCOM AvMC as a Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) is utilizing the Direct Hire Authority (DHA) to fill multiple positions.

Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL
Salary Range: $86,001 - $132,945
Duties: Serves as Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer within a Project/Product Office (PM) environment. Coordination & staffing of Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) which may include Design of Experiments (DoE) & Developmental Evaluation Framework (DEF) strategies. Development of T&E strategies and crosswalks of Capability Development Document (CDD) / Capability Product Document (CPD) requirements through the T&E process, evaluate testability of requirements & develop methodologies for the testing of these requirements. Provide test range coordination of facilities, instrumentation, documentation, cost negotiations, schedule, resources, frequency allocations, personal, aircraft, targets, and ammunition requests/storage/use/disposal. Development & management of T&E budgets, T&E support related Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Capabilities (SOC), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA). Serve as an active member of T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT). Perform test management & support of test planning, coordination, execution, safety releases, airworthiness, development of detailed test plans, data collection plans, data management plans, data analysis plans, test reports, quick-look briefings, test readiness reviews, and resource allocation management.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor or higher degree in one of the following: Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, General Engineering, Mathematics, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering, or other related Engineering and Science fields.

Conditions of Employment:
One year test and evaluation engineering experience required.
U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Temporary Duty (TDY)/ Business travel up to 25% of the time
