We are seeking 2 Facilities Maintenance Technicians!

Pay Rate: $22/Hour

1st Shift: 7:00 AM Start Time

Ongoing Contract

Background Check, NO DRUG TEST

General Maintenance to include:

• Office moves
• Janitorial type services
• Mechanical abilities
• Escort contractors
• Driver’s license to service Wal. Frank. Devens utilizing company vehicles
• Light plumbing
• Light carpentry
• Assist electrician
• Set-up halls for meetings
• Assist engineers as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Snow shoveling
• General maintenance duties
