Job description
Tasks:
Direct and coordinate business activities concerned with the pricing, production, sales an/or distribution of metals. Manage staff and assign specific duties. Review sales and activity reports. Measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing improvement. Enforce company policies/procedures. Determine staffing requirements; Interview, hire, and train new employees. Monitor businesses and customers to ensure they are efficiently provided with services needed. Determine services and set prices based on customer demand. Manage movement of material into and out of facility. Maintain control over scale operation and maintenance.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership, production methods, equipment policies and procedures. Knowledge of metals and materials, production processes, quality control and costs. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing great customer service.
Laws - Pertaining to Kansas State Employment laws.
Skills:

Requirements:
