Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations at Enzo’s Bistro & Bar located in Issaquah, WA. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive experience in fine dining, and excellent communication and customer service skills. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant by overseeing all aspects of the operation including staff management, financial management, guest satisfaction, and quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant

· Ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds all established quality and service standards

· Maintain the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction

· Manage and mentor a team of front of house and back of house staff

· Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment

· Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures

· Monitor and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

· Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies and products

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and requirements

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and suppliers

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant management role

· Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and financial management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Proficient in restaurant POS systems

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
