Guideline is looking for a Government Filings Project Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional projects to ensure we are delivering a customer experience that inspires confidence for our small business owners and their employees. You will report to the Director of Government Filings in the Customer Operations organization. This role is available in all eligible remote locations and our offices (Portland ME, San Diego, CA, and Burlingame, CA).

What You Will Be Working On

You will work within the Filings team under the Customer Success organization. You will lead the R&D partnership to drive product improvements. You will work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a quality product our customers can feel confident in and help grow our business.

• Lead the end-to-end, workstreams and projects across Product, Engineering, Government Filings, and Compliance teams starting with the 2022 plan year filing season
• Lead the cross-functional and leadership team through decisions, balancing short-term solutions for required filings, audits, and tasks in the current year while driving longer term solutions with product to continually improve our customers' experience.
• Define, measure, and communicate program management plans, metrics, status, risks, roadmap and schedules at the right altitude and cadence for the audience
• Drive a continuous improvement program for workflow efficiency for our customers and employees through process improvements, product improvements and business systems

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in project management leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives including customer success, customer support, operations, product development in a rapid-growth SaaS-based portfolio / platform business
• 2+ year experience in a regulated industry such as in fintech, regtech, or HR-tech ideally with 401K industry experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• A strategic planner with the ability to take a bird's eye view to ensure the puzzle pieces come together who can also dive into the details to diagnose roadblocks and drive decisions
• An accountable driver who works backwards from outcome to achieve by prioritizing scope, quality, time and resources.
• A builder of cross-functional teams who drives aligned objectives, key strategies and measures of success to deliver outstanding customer results as #OneTeam
• Experience articulating complex programs, such as retirement industry seasonal readiness and annual Form 5500 filing season, at the right altitude for the audience

Offer Package

The expected Salary Range for this position is $82,000 - $109,000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
