Job description
Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and evaluate appropriate education and training programmes in line with the organisational needs.
The L & D Educational Lead will act as the main point of contact, for corporate training helping managers to identify, design and deliver training interventions, at a local and organisational level.
This includes inter-professional training requirements for Performance Management, Project Management, Corporate Induction, Lean and Transformational change and Leadership /Management programmes.
