Greenkeeper/Grounds Maintenance
Cedarbrook Country Club is looking for highly motivated individual to finish the 2023 golf season and be part of a great team maintaining and improving a 18 hole championship golf course. This is a seasonal position that will run till the end of October, weather permitting. This position has run through the end of the year in the past and some seasonal employees have received full time job offers based on their performance.

Job duties include:

· Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment

· Mowing of Greens Tees Fairways and Roughs

· Rakes and maintains sand bunkers

· Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing

· Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material

· Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up)

· Assists with golf course set-up procedures

· Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris

· Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)

· Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas

· Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

· Performs other duties as required

· Watering if capable, heavy machine operation if capable and partake in projects.

· Flexible Schedules of 4 or 8 hour shifts.

Also looking for a daily maintenance employees for clubhouse grounds.

· blow down parking lot, tennis court and patios.

· blow off range tees and short game fairway

· empty all outside trashcans

· pick up trash throughout parking lots/clubhouse grounds.

· fill range tee divots and short game fairway divots

· rake short game bunkers

· Weekly

· Mow and trim clubhouse lawns/pool

· perform tennis court maintenance (not sure how to word essentially perform requests of tennis pro)

· Weed clubhouse flower beds

Job Requirements:

· Be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

· Walk long distances.

· Work in different weather environments (heat, cold, rain)

· Be able to work weekend mornings (3-4 hours).

Salary: $14-17 per hour based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Blue Bell, PA 19422: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
