This position will be maintaining properties located in Fort Collins, Windsor and Loveland.

We are accepting applications for Seasonal Grounds Keepers able to work:

• Full Time - 40 hrs. Per week during the Summer (weather dependent) with some flexibility with student schedules during the fall.

Groundskeeper - Seasonal

• Provides quality service in the maintenance of facility grounds
• Must be able to shovel, plant, weed, water, and trim shrubs, some edging and general lawn maintenance
• General plant knowledge and the ability to communicate with older adults are important
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time working outdoors in all elements
• 17 years of age or older

Compensation

• Starting wages $16 - $18/hr. depending on experience
