Qualifications:
$17 / hour
This is an entry level, hourly, seasonal position with our Group Sales team!
Work directly with the Group Sales Department on the booking and execution of the Corporate, Youth and Small Group catered and non-catered events.

- Answer incoming calls and input reservations into our ticketing and catering systems
- Provide accurate product and program information including suggesting up-sell products as appropriate
- Correspond via email and phone with guests regarding website inquiries for information
- Assist Sales Team in initiating marketing and sales efforts, lead generation, special projects, and general office operations.
- Participate in outbound calls and research for client and event prospecting
- Provide outstanding guest service to clients and guests both on the phone and while in the park
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations
- Assist with Group Sales Events in the park as needed
