Job description

We're seeking an experienced Handy Man who is looking for a career, not just a part-time job. The Handy Man will be responsible for all non-professional maintenance work at our offices, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs, light carpentry and other skilled trades. We are looking for a hard worker who is punctual, reliable and has excellent people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess potential home damage.
• Fix, construct, or replace items around the house.
• Do plumbing and electrical work.
• Give estimates for repair or replacement of items around the house.
• Install security systems.
• Do yard work.
• Be reliable and show up when scheduled.
• Do minor repairs in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Grand Junction, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
