Dublin Pizza Company is looking for a Head Chef/Manager to lead our team at our new location on Grafton St., TAPPED.

We require a dedicated and flexible team leader to help us grow our new concept. This is a busy kitchen, previous experience is required. Our menu blends Italian and American styles of food, Neopolitan-style wood-fire pizza experience is an advantage.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, some duties include:

• creating a fun, culture focused, working environment
• hiring, training, and development of your team
• regular stock take and costing
• ordering
• rostering
• implementing and monitoring HACCP records
• maintaining a clean, organized, and working kitchen

Salary: €42,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
