Dublin Pizza Company is expanding and looking for a Head Chef/Manager to lead our team at our new location on Grafton St., TAPPED! After reaching the final's in RTE's Takeaway Titans we have received a lot of opportunity with much acclaim!
We require a dedicated and flexible team leader to help us grow our new concept. This is a busy kitchen, previous experience is required. Our lunch and dinner menus blend Italian and American styles of food, we also cater to large corporate events.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, some duties include:
- creating a fun, culture focused, working environment
- hiring, training, and development of your team
- regular stock take and costing
- ordering
- rostering
- implementing and monitoring HACCP records
- maintaining a clean, organized, and working kitchen
