Our client in Noel Group are hiring an Head Chef for a restaurant in North Dublin

Salary €42K

Responsibilities

· Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

· Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards

· Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs

· Supervise kitchen staff’s activities

· Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

· Recruit and manage kitchen staff

· Rectify arising problems or complaints

· Give prepared plates the “final touch”

· Perform administrative duties

· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Head chef: 1 year (preferred)
