Key Duties & Responsibilities:

As a care support worker, you will provide support to people living in MyLife in all aspects of their lives and will be guided by their personalised care approach. You will be provided with in-depth training including induction, annual training updates and bespoke training which will be tailored to the needs of people living in MyLife. You will be offered regular supervision and ongoing support from our dynamic Director of Care, Care Managers and House Leads.
