The HEYDUDE Wholesale distribution center is a growing distribution focused on shipping HEYDUDE shoes to our wholesale partners

As a Warehouse lead, you will execute goals by communicating clearly and effectively with leadership and associates to ensure constant order flow.

This is a second shift position, Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 130am.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements
• Learn and master SOPs in various departments
• Manage customer requirements
• Conduct Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods
• At end of shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift

Qualifications:

• 4+ years warehouse experience, with proficiency in each department
• Broad distribution experience,
• Experience providing directions/coaching to associates
• Experience monitoring/measuring work thru WMS/labor management
• Proven ability to oversee multiple groups of Associates while focusing on performance and quality metrics
