We are looking to fill positions in Bullhead City at the present time.

General Requirements for all positions:

• Currently Licensure/Certification required for the position
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (for more information https://www.azdps.gov/services/public/fingerprint )
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR Card
• Current TB test results
• Current auto insurance AND reliable transportation
• One or more years in Home Health or Hospice preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, PRN

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
