KNOW THE ROLE
Hourglass in our Arnotts store are currently looking for a full time retail artist to join their team.

• Achieve sales goals while delivering the highest levels of Best in Class Service
• Present and sell merchandise in a professional manner through expert makeup applications
• Ensure Hourglass Luxury standards in Grooming and Counter standards at all times
• Develop strong customer relationships with thorough and consistent follow up protocols
• Complete daily sales, assist with product orders.
• Act as brand ambassador, developing relationships within cosmetic department and entire store
• Attend Brand Education and Management days.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent skills as a makeup artist and sales person
• Exhibit effective communication skills with clients, peers and management
• Previous experience of driving sales results and return clients.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
• Availability to work weekends is required
• Previous clientele a plus
